From specialist shop to wholesaler
The history of the company dates back to 1876. It was initially founded in Geseke in North Rhine-Westphalia as a retail shop. It was not until 1959 that the manufacturer began selling catering equipment nationwide. Over the years, Bartscher developed into a full-service catering supplier with a wide range of professional kitchen appliances.
In the meantime, the manufacturer has its main location in Salzkotten, where a total of 1,800 products are permanently kept in stock on 15,000 square metres of storage space. Rapid availability is one of the company's main strengths, as is its wide range of products. A microprocessor-controlled paternoster system also guarantees that spare parts can be delivered at short notice.
