Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Germany
Parcel shipping is a cheap, fast and reliable way to deliver your orders professionally. The orders (except prepayment), which are received by us from Monday to Friday (except holidays) until 12.00 o'clock, will be shipped the same day, provided that the article is in stock. For orders after 12 noon, please note the possible other shipping methods or contact us by phone.
The standard shipping package is done with DHL and UPS.
- Up to 500,00 € net value of goods flat rate 8,39 € net.
- From 500,00 € net value of goods free of shipping costs.
Forwarding agency
Shipping for large, heavy or breakable items is done by freight forwarding at a cost of 53,55 € gross per order. To ensure a smooth delivery, we require a phone number of the recipient for the forwarding agent.
Express delivery within Germany
If you want a guaranteed delivery on the next day (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays), the express shipping is a safe option. All orders (except prepayment), which are received from Monday to Friday (except holidays) until 3 p.m. will be delivered on the next working day, provided that the article is in stock.

Standard shipping within the EU
Shipping to EU countries will be made with a valid VAT ID net without sales tax.
Costs:
- Up to 500,00 € net value of goods flat rate 15,10€ net.
- From 500,00 € net value of goods free of shipping costs.
Standard shipping outside the EU (world)
Costs:
- Up to 1.000,00 € net value of goods flat rate 34 € net.
- From 1.000,00 € net value of goods free of shipping costs.
Shipping of special articles or dangerous goods.
Some items that are considered dangerous or cannot be shipped via standard package can incur additional shipping costs. These items can be for example very heavy compressors, items longer than 1,2m, schamott stones or items containing chemicals such as mercury.
