UNOX is an Italian manufacturer of ovens, combi steamers and grills. The company was founded in 1990 with the aim of producing high-performance ovens for the Italian market. In a very short time, the manufacturer has not only established itself in the south of Europe, but today supplies customers all over the world with top-class kitchen technology.
Powerful solutions for gastronomy and large kitchens
UNOX is located in the province of Padua, where it still manufactures most of its kitchen appliances and spare parts. Already in the early years of the company's history, the manufacturer presented hot-air ovens with innovative technologies. In 1996, the first combi ovens followed, still one of UNOX's core competences today.
Around the turn of the millennium, the current top products from UNOX were launched on the market for the first time. The BakerLux and ChefLux product series were developed to optimise traditional baking and cooking processes for professional gastronomy. From 2005, the new LineMiss ovens followed, a few years later the ChefTop combi ovens and the BakerTop in-store ovens. All product series have been continuously developed since then.

Today, the UNOX range consists of ovens, combi-steamers and grills for professional gastronomy. One focus is on the development of in-store baking ovens, which UNOX manufactures in several product series. From the large bakery to the small family business, there is a suitable oven for every area of application.
